As the President and Chief Executive Officer of 1st Western Building & Construction, Brian Hampton brings a wealth of expertise and experience to the table. A graduate of Civil Engineering from Stanford University in California, he furthered his education with an M.Sc in Construction Engineering, solidifying his knowledge base in the field, both acquired in the United States.

Beginning his journey with us as a Management Associate, Brain showcased his dedication and versatility by working across various operational departments in the United States. His commitment and leadership qualities were quickly recognized, leading to his appointment as Managing Director prior to assuming the role of President.

During his tenure as Managing Director, Evan achieved remarkable milestones, including spearheading the company's expansion into the Middle East, securing significant contracts that propelled our growth trajectory. Additionally, he introduced innovative technologies such as drone supervision, revolutionizing our project management practices and enhancing efficiency.

Continuously striving for personal and professional development, Brain has participated in executive management programs at prestigious institutions such as the London Business School and the Wits Business School in South Africa. His relentless pursuit of excellence and forward-thinking approach make him a driving force behind our company's success.
